Reseller

A reseller is a person or business that sells LEGO products purchased at second-hand (ie: not supplied directly from The LEGO Company). The largest collection of resellers is based on BrickLink.

A retailer is a business (such as Toys R Us or Target) that buys from LEGO or authorized distributors and sells to consumers. Resellers may offer merchandise both new (whether NISB or parted out) and used.
